As a national information, training and strategy center we do research while building the capacity for communities to do their own scientifically sound research. The decolonization of research is the center of all work that we engage.

Decolonizing research means we believe in research justice. Communities are the experts and that their experience, knowledge and research is to be as valued and legitimate as 'mainstream' research.
